Low carb biscuits made with almond flour and cheddar cheese — a keto-friendly alternative to traditional biscuits.

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, salt, baking powder, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together eggs, sour cream, and melted butter.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients and stir until well mixed.
  5. Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
  6. Scoop dough into rounds and place on prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown on top.
  8. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
