All the delicious flavor of regular pizza without the carbs! A THM S, gluten-free, keto-compatible, family-pleasing main dish without any special ingredients. Delicious hot or cold! Low-carb pizza made with a ground beef crust topped with cheese, pepperoni, vegetables, and bacon.

  1. Preheat oven to 425-450°F (either temperature works).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine ground beef, eggs, Parmesan cheese, mineral salt, oregano, garlic powder, ground pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well until thoroughly combined.
  3. Press the meat mixture onto a lined baking sheet, pizza pan, or 9x13" baking pan to form a thin, even crust.
  4. Bake the meat crust for 10-15 minutes until cooked through and firm. Drain off excess grease.
  5. Spread sugar-free pizza sauce evenly over the baked meat crust.
  6. Top with mozzarella cheese, then add pepperoni slices, green pepper, red onion, mushrooms, and bacon crumbles.
  7. Return to oven and bake 5-8 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly. Optional: broil for 3-4 minutes until cheese begins to brown for extra crispness.
  8. Let cool slightly before slicing. Serve hot, or store in refrigerator and enjoy cold or reheated.
