Courtney's Low Carb Crack Slaw

Low carb heaven! A delicious and satisfying crack slaw recipe with ground beef, cabbage, and a spicy-savory sauce.
Ingredients
- 1.25 lbs ground beef (the more fat the better)
- 1/2 head of cabbage
- 1/2 block of cream cheese
- 2 garlic cloves or 2 teaspoons of minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 10-12 green onion stems (chopped)
- 1-4 Tablespoons of Sriracha sauce (depending on how spicy you like it)
- 3 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce or Braggs Liquid Aminos
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- On medium heat melt butter and add garlic.
- Add ground beef and cook till browned. Once cooked, do NOT drain grease. Add the cabbage to the pan while still cooking.
- Cook until cabbage begins to soften.
- Add cream cheese and let soften.
- Add soy sauce, sriracha, salt, and pepper and stir.
- Add green onions and mix.
- Cook until cabbage is cooked through.
- Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
- Done!
