Low carb heaven! A delicious and satisfying crack slaw recipe with ground beef, cabbage, and a spicy-savory sauce.

Instructions

  1. On medium heat melt butter and add garlic.
  2. Add ground beef and cook till browned. Once cooked, do NOT drain grease. Add the cabbage to the pan while still cooking.
  3. Cook until cabbage begins to soften.
  4. Add cream cheese and let soften.
  5. Add soy sauce, sriracha, salt, and pepper and stir.
  6. Add green onions and mix.
  7. Cook until cabbage is cooked through.
  8. Taste and adjust seasonings if needed.
  9. Done!
