A classic carrot cake recipe passed down from Mom

Cook: 45 min - 1 hr

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Grease and flour 9x13 pan or 2-9" cake pans
  2. Mix dry ingredients with oil
  3. Add 1 egg at a time, then add carrots
  4. Bake @ 350° for 45 min - 1 hr
  5. Cool. Then frost with cream cheese frosting
