Carrot Cake

A classic carrot cake recipe passed down from Mom
Cook: 45 min - 1 hr
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 1½ cups oil
- 4 eggs
- 3 cups grated carrots
Instructions
- Grease and flour 9x13 pan or 2-9" cake pans
- Mix dry ingredients with oil
- Add 1 egg at a time, then add carrots
- Bake @ 350° for 45 min - 1 hr
- Cool. Then frost with cream cheese frosting
