Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies

Ingredients
- 3 cups sugar
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1½ cups flour
- 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease two 8-inch square baking dishes.
- Stir together sugar, melted butter, and vanilla in a large bowl. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time, until thoroughly blended.
- Sift or whisk together flour, cocoa powder, and salt in a bowl. Gradually stir flour mixture into egg mixture until well combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Divide batter evenly between prepared dishes.
- Bake until a toothpick inserted into centers comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes. Cool on wire racks before cutting each dish into 12 brownies.
