Broiled beef and pork patties featuring bacon, onion, and garlic mixed into the meat for extra flavor.

  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. In skillet, cook bacon, onion, and garlic until bacon is crisp.
  3. Drain; put into large bowl.
  4. Add all remaining ingredients; mix well.
  5. Shape into 8 patties.
  6. Broil, 6 inches from the heat, 7–8 minutes per side, or until done.
