Low Carb Chicken Nuggets

Simple low carb/keto-friendly chicken nuggets made with canned chicken, egg, and cheese, formed into patties and baked until crispy.
Cook: 20 minutes • Total: 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 1 can (10 oz) of chicken
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup of shredded cheese
- Salt
- Optional: Kickin' Chicken seasoning and pepper
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Form into small patties.
- Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 450°F for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
